Business and Real Estate Paralegal
Josaundra (“Jo”) Hansen serves as HLG’s Business and Real Estate Paralegal, where she manages the firm’s complex company, commercial real estate, and lending transactions. This includes preparing draft documents, conducting due diligence, title and survey review and monitoring transactions through closing. Jo also manages many of the corporate records, annual meetings and registered agent services provided to our clients.
Jo has 25 years’ experience as a Corporate and Real Estate Paralegal in Washington and Oregon. She obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree from California State University Fresno and is currently enrolled in the Washington State Bar Association Law Clerk Program which will allow her to take the Bar Exam and become an attorney in 2022.
In her free time, Jo enjoys volunteering for local outreach projects through her church, reading, watching football, spending time with friends and family, and weekend camping trips.
Susan Perez is a business Paralegal, responsible for the formation of corporations and limited liability companies as well as for maintaining corporation company books and licensing requirements. Prior to joining Horenstein Law Group PLLC, she was employed with a tax attorney in Bend, Oregon. She brings years of senior administrative experience working with CPAs and Tax Attorneys in 1031 exchange transactions. She has been a member of the Oregon Paralegal Association, SW Washington Chapter, since 2015.
Susan’s mission, in her spare time, is to find new and interesting recipes to prepare for her husband. She is also infatuated with her grandson.
